These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tarım Rehberi mobile app (the "app") provided by Selman Gündağ ("developer", "we"). By downloading, creating an account in or using the app you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy. If there is any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
1. The service
Tarım Rehberi is a mobile app that provides a garden calendar and care tasks, notifications and frost warnings based on your garden's location and elevation, growth-stage and harvest estimates from growing degree days, AI plant disease diagnosis, plant identification and soil-report reading, weather, air quality, agricultural news and market prices. It is available on Android and iOS. Features may be changed, added or removed over time.
2. Your account
- You can create an account with Google, Apple or e-mail/password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
- The app is not directed at children; if you are under 18, use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time (Account Deletion).
3. AI results and advice
- Disease diagnoses, plant identifications, soil-report readings and fertiliser suggestions are generated automatically by third-party AI services; they may be wrong or incomplete and are for information only.
- Notifications, frost warnings and harvest estimates are based on weather forecasts and models and are not guaranteed.
- This content does not replace professional agronomic advice. In particular, check the product label and applicable regulations before any spraying or fertilising decision, and consult an expert where needed.
4. Free use and Premium subscription
- The app is free to download. In the free version some features (e.g. number of plants and AI features) come with limited usage; current limits are shown in the app and may change. Fair-use daily limits may apply to all users to prevent abuse.
- Tarım Rehberi Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options.
- Price: the current price is shown in the App Store or Google Play in your local currency, including taxes, before you buy. Prices may vary by country.
- Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. We never see your payment details.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store will inform you in advance of any price change.
- Managing and cancelling:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Tarım Rehberi, or App Store → profile picture → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tarım Rehberi.
- Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. Always cancel it in the store settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds: because payments are taken by Apple and Google, refund requests are handled by the respective store under its refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Licence for Apple users (EULA)
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the minimum terms of the Standard EULA apply with respect to the app obtained through Apple. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app's maintenance, support and content.
6. Unacceptable use
- You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others or in a way that disrupts the service.
- Do not send photos that belong to others or contain personal data (e.g. people's faces, identity details on documents) to the AI features.
- Automated requests to bypass usage limits, reverse engineering, attempts to gain unauthorised access to the server and similar actions are prohibited.
Accounts used in breach of these rules may be suspended or closed.
7. Intellectual property
The app's name, logo, design, content and source code belong to Selman Gündağ or his licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Map, satellite imagery, weather and news content is subject to the licences of the respective providers.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for crop losses or indirect damage caused by AI results, weather forecasts, delayed or undelivered notifications, differences in market prices, or farming decisions made in reliance on them. Liability for intent or gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. If the app is discontinued, we will announce it reasonably in advance in the app or the store.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date at the top. We will inform you of significant changes in the app or in the store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you keep your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence; if you live in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country also apply.
