This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the Tarım Rehberi app (developer: Selman Gündağ).
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open Tarım Rehberi and sign in to your account.
- On the Home screen, tap the profile icon at the top left.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile & Settings screen.
- Tap the red Delete My Account item.
- In the dialog "Your account and all data will be permanently deleted. Are you sure?", tap Delete Account.
Your account and your data on our server are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By e-mail (if you cannot open the app)
If you cannot access the app (for example you changed phones or uninstalled it), you can send your deletion request by e-mail:

- To: gundagselman@gmail.com — Subject: "Tarım Rehberi - Account Deletion Request"
- Send the request from the e-mail address registered to your account. If you used Sign in with Apple with "Hide My Email", write from your Apple ID e-mail address or include the relay address Apple created.
- We may ask for additional information to verify that the account is yours. Requests for someone else's account are not processed.
- Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest (usually within 7 days) and we will confirm by e-mail.
Data that is deleted
- your account details (name, e-mail, user ID) and your Firebase sign-in account; if you used Sign in with Apple, the Apple authorisation is revoked,
- your location, city, elevation and garden locations,
- the plants in your garden, growth-stage and harvest data, care tasks,
- your soil-analysis result, app settings and Premium subscription record,
- your notification tokens, notification logs and in-app notifications,
- your AI usage log, feedback messages and app error reports.
Your photos and diagnosis/identification results are never stored on our server in the first place.
Data that may be kept for a limited time

Your purchase and payment records are held by Apple or Google under their own policies. Local copies on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
Subscription notice: deleting your account or the app does not cancel your Premium subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it:
iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Tarım Rehberi
Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tarım Rehberi
Deleting only some data
Without deleting your account you can delete plants from your garden, change your location and turn off notifications. You can ask for specific data (e.g. your soil-analysis result or feedback messages) to be deleted by writing to gundagselman@gmail.com.
